Hosting
Every company keeps its data in a database of its own, in Azure in Sydney. Choose where that database runs.
Dedicated
$900 a month
Your company has its own database server with high availability, and its own file storage account. We approve each order and then set up the server. Your company starts on Isolated at once and moves when the server is ready.
Prices in AUD. GST is added. Storage over the included amount is sold in blocks of 100 GB.

Questions
How does the free trial work?
You choose a tier, the hosting and the number of seats, and add a card in Stripe. The trial starts at once, in your company's own database. The first charge comes when the trial ends.
Why do I add a card before the trial?
The trial company is your real company. When the trial ends, it carries on with all of your data, and you do not set anything up again.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Before you go, an owner can download all of the company's data.
Can I change the tier later?
Yes, up or down, in Settings > Subscription. Stripe works out the difference for the part of the month. Areas outside a lower tier turn off and keep their data.
How does Dedicated hosting start?
We approve each Dedicated order, then set up your database server and storage account. Your company starts on Isolated at once and moves when the server is ready.
Where is my data kept?
In Microsoft Azure, in the Australia East region (Sydney). Your database and your files stay in that region. Read about security and data.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. An owner can download all of the company's data and files as one zip file, at any time.
Who counts as a seat?
Each staff member who signs in to OntraOS or the phone app, each month. Customers, subcontractors and portal contacts are not seats. A number under the tier's minimum pays for the minimum.
